Welcome Home Where you live is your home; the residence hall you move into at Central will wilt your home yonder from home. Your roommate will wilt like family. The resident directors are not parents, but rather sultana friends who siphon a unrepealable responsibility for your well-being.  Over 85% of Central's traditional students live on-campus.  Living on campus provides a rich and meaningful wits as students strive to live in polity with one another.  Each residence hall as a unique finger and influence as student grow together through campus activities that occur as a part of the residential program.  Each week you can expect that something is happening on your wing or in your building, so jump in and make a life-long connection! Here to Assist The Resident Director  (RD) will be misogynist to help students while they wilt yawner to dorm life. The RD's role is to put students in touch with the privileges and responsibilities which are theirs and well-nigh which they might be in doubt.  They moreover minister to the needs in their dorm and are involved in student care. At 12:00 midnight Sunday through Thursday and 1:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday, all residence hall doors are locked and the security system armed.  First semester Freshmen only have "time in" at these times. This is part of our success studies program.  Students are encouraged to sign-up for TIGER ALERTS to receive emergency notifications right on your lamina phone.  You can sign-up for Tiger Alerts through the I.T. department.  For evacuation and shelter locations click here.   Residential Living Residence halls on the Central Christian College campus are designed for small group living. Stoll Hall (1927), Parsons Hall (1965), Gillespie Hall (1980), and Kline Hall (1992) are designed to house 300 students and include lounges, visitation areas, recreation areas, and resident directors apartments. Married student housing can unbend 10 couples. The dorm rooms are furnished with a bed, personal storage facilities, and desks. Students should bring their own linens and mattress pads. Quilts, blankets, rugs, pillows, study lamps, wastebaskets, etc. are not supplied. It may be good to include your roommate in the planning for bedspreads and drapes. This can be washed-up without you victorious on campus and have a endangerment to talk over preferences. The only requirement we have regarding students bringing refrigerators is that they must be 4.4 cubic feet or smaller. Televisions do not require specific approval. Cable television and VCRs are misogynist in the lounges. Unfortunately, due to regulations by the fire marshall, microwaves are not unliable in the dorm rooms however, each residence hall has a microwave misogynist for student use. There are coin-operated washers and dryers in the residence halls. There are moreover several laundromats in McPherson. Ironing boards and drying rack are supplied, but irons are not.
